Cyber police arrested "Atsariya" outside the Om Noi boxing stadium after warrants were issued for public fraud, money laundering, and gambling charges.
At 10:30 a.m. on 3 Oct 2026 CE, Police Lieutenant General Tinakorn Rangmat ordered Police Major General Prasong Chalermpan, Commander of Cyber Crime Division 1 (investigative task force under Police Order 355/69), to lead the arrest of Mr. Atsariya Ruangrattanapong under Criminal Court warrant no. 5726/2569 dated 2 Oct 2026 CE.
He is charged with public fraud by deceit, inputting distorted or false computer data wholly or partially that could cause public harm, money laundering, and unauthorized gambling on boxing (category B) via electronic media, betting assets without permission.
The arrest occurred while Mr. Atsariya was walking outside the Om Noi boxing stadium, Om Noi Subdistrict, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province, before being taken to Cyber Crime Division 1 Headquarters for detailed questioning.
