Following the case in which Pol. Maj. Gen. 2. Strict inspection of entertainment venues: Verify licenses, operating hours, monitor underage patrons, and prevent prostitution and drug activities.

3. Promptly investigate all complaints: Upon receiving reports of violations, verify facts quickly and take appropriate action.

4. Police must not be involved in illegal benefits: Any negligence, disregard, or involvement will result in strict disciplinary and criminal proceedings under the law.

5. Intensify proactive investigations: Check suspicious individuals and vehicles within authority to prevent weapons, drugs, and illegal items.

6. Continuously monitor high-risk areas: Increase patrol forces to frequently inspect entertainment venues and crime-prone areas.

7. Open channels for public tips: Encourage public participation in reporting violations and preventing crime.

8. Commanders must rigorously follow up: Oversee, inspect, and continuously evaluate enforcement to prevent illegal vice dens within their jurisdictions.
