Cyber police arrested a woman acting as a money mule for a secret group sharing pornographic clips, linking to the popular page "Luang Phi Justin JWDYM." She promoted online gambling websites and charged membership fees from 99 to 699 baht for access to various premium-grade clips featuring students, celebrities, and other videos.
On 24 Oct 2026 GMT+7, Pol. Lt. Gen. Thinkorn Rangmat, Commander of the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau, together with Pol. Maj. Gen. Arut Saengjan, Deputy Commander, ordered Pol. Maj. Gen. Prasong Chalapun, Commander of Division 1, and his team—including Pol. Col. Runglert Kanthajan, Chief of Division 1, and deputies—to arrest Ms. Wipa Numcharoen, 35, from Kanchanaburi Province. She was wanted under Criminal Court warrant No. 6127/2569 dated 15 Oct 2026, suspected as a money mule for a secret group sharing pornographic clips.
Pol. Lt. Gen. Thinkorn Rangmat explained that this case originated from the HUG Project, operated under the Family Relations Foundation. The project received multiple requests for help from women whose private clips were distributed without consent via X (formerly Twitter) accounts named “Luang Phi Justin JWDYM.” This account linked to subscription-based secret groups offering pornographic images and videos, making such material easily accessible to students and youth. Additionally, the account promoted several online gambling sites, causing harm to those whose images were misused.
Following this, HUG Project officials coordinated with Pol. Col. Runglert Kanthajan, Chief of Division 1 and head of TICAC 1, to investigate. They found that the “Luang Phi Justin JWDYM” account linked to a Telegram program named "Set Yaw," which included a Telegram account called “Jajae 99 VIP.” This account had operated for over a year, inviting people to join secret groups to view various pornographic images and videos. There were two rooms: the first with over 300 members charged 99 baht for access to home-made clips.
The second was a VIP room with more than 700 members, charging 699 baht for access to carefully selected premium-grade clips, including videos of students, celebrities, and other types of content.
Investigators gathered evidence and obtained court warrants to arrest two suspects involved as administrators and money mules handling membership fees for the secret groups. They arrested Ms. Wipa Numcharoen, the money mule, at her home in Pak Phraek Subdistrict, Mueang District, Kanchanaburi Province. She initially confessed. The other suspect remains at large and is being sought.
The suspects face charges of "collaborating for commercial purposes or trading to distribute, display, produce, possess, import, export, transport, or disseminate obscene materials, including documents, paintings, prints, photographs, films, audio or video tapes, or other obscene items," and "importing obscene computer data accessible to the public and knowingly disseminating such data via computer systems."
