Police Issue Summons for Four in Trail Running Field Encroachment Case, Invite Boom Panadda for Information

Nakhon Nayok police from Ban Na station have issued summonses to four individuals regarding the trail running field linked to the husband of “Boom Panadda” encroaching on public land. They have also invited Boom Panadda Wongpudi to provide information on 12 Nov 2026 or at her convenience, with the option to appear earlier.

In response to a post by the CSI LA page alleging that the muscular husband of a famous female host encroached on over 100 rai of forest land to build a resort and trail running field, Got Athip Anantawan, husband of Boom Panadda Wongpudi, a host, actress, and chairperson of the Good Deeds Foundation, stated that the area is public land managed by the Treasury Department. He claimed to have leased the land from a military unit to operate the trail running field named Trail and Bean in Village 9, Sri Ka-ang Subdistrict, Ban Na District, Nakhon Nayok Province. The army spokesperson countered that after checking with Military Circle 12, the land user confirmed no lease had been granted to any private party, and instructed the 2nd Infantry Regiment, the land caretaker, to file charges against the encroachers.

On 29 October 2026, reporters observed the atmosphere at Ka-ang Waterfall, Village 9, Sri Ka-ang Subdistrict, Ban Na District, Nakhon Nayok Province. Normally on weekdays, about 100 tourists visit, but following the news, the number dropped to 20-30, creating a very quiet atmosphere. Vendors complained and expressed reluctance to see journalists.

At the Trail and Bean trail running field, once lively with athletes and runners training enthusiastically, the atmosphere was similarly quiet today. No visitors used the coffee shop, which was closed. Observers noted only journalists' vehicles present.

Meanwhile, Ban Na police have issued summonses to four related individuals: a level C8 director, a female village headman, the caretaker, and Mr. Athip or Got Anantawan, Boom’s husband. They have also invited Boom Panadda to provide information, scheduling a meeting on 12 Nov 2026 or at her convenience, with the possibility to come earlier.
