Cyber Police Detain Chairat for Ratchada Criminal Court Detention He Remains Silent on Godd Dam Page Issue

Cyber police detained "Chairat" for remand at Ratchada Criminal Court. He showed obvious signs of fatigue and remained silent, not responding to media questions about the admin of the "Godd Dam" page.

On 30 Oct 2026 GMT+7, after interrogation by investigators from the Cyber Crime Division, 26-year-old Chairat Rekhawatthana, suspect in the case where the "Godd Dam" page posted fake transfer slips totaling 7 million baht, bearing the name Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, for two consecutive days, was taken into custody at Thung Song Hong Police Station around 03:00 on 30 Oct.

Chairat showed clear signs of fatigue since that morning. No relatives or close acquaintances visited him, nor were any lawyers from the Human Rights Lawyers Centre seen at the police station.

At 10:20, officers from the Cyber Crime Division came to escort Chairat to the Ratchada Criminal Court’s Investigation Division for a detention hearing. Bail was opposed due to concerns he might tamper with evidence.

As officers escorted Chairat to the vehicle bound for court, reporters asked if he had anything to say, if he was truly the admin of the page as previously denied, and about his motives. He did not answer any questions before being taken away.
