Kasikorn Bank Reports Fraudulent 7 Million Baht Transfer Slip Using Banks Name and Logo

"Kasikorn Bank" has filed a police report against perpetrators forging transfer slips for a "7 million baht tea fee" falsely using the bank's name and logo, causing damage and loss of credibility

On 31 Oct 2026 GMT+7, it was reported that on 26 Oct 2026 GMT+7, at Bang Sue Metropolitan Police Station, Mr. Thanin was authorized by Kasikornbank Public Company Limited to meet with investigators.

This follows findings from the Kasikornbank Customer Complaint Center, which handles reports, verifies facts, and provides accurate information to customers. They discovered unknown perpetrators, possibly multiple, who forged and misused the bank's name, logo, and product branding on a photo of a transfer slip. The slip displayed The Wisdom logo and Kasikornbank's name, indicating a transfer on 31 Oct 2023 GMT+7 at 15:03, amounting to 7,000,000 baht, as shown in the attached photo.

The complaint center confirmed that the transfer slip was not issued by Kasikornbank's system. It is believed to be a forgery falsely claiming the bank's name, logo, and product to deceive the public. Kasikornbank is not involved in this act. Anyone believing this slip may become a victim of fraud, which constitutes criminal offenses under the Penal Code and the Computer Crime Act.

This incident has caused damage and harmed the bank's credibility. Therefore, the bank filed an official complaint to provide evidence for police investigation to identify the offenders and proceed with their duties. If legal violations are found, the bank intends to prosecute all involved until the case is fully resolved.

The incidents occurred across several related locations, including Kasikornbank at 400/22 Phahonyothin Road, Samsen Nai Subdistrict, Phaya Thai District, Bangkok, and Kasikornbank at Chaengwattana Building 47/7, Moo 3, Popular Road, Ban Mai Subdistrict, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province. Representatives came to report the case to the police for official records.
