“Oysri” revealed she has filed a complaint against the Thamdee Foundation based on evidence, affirming she did not take any political job to harm anyone. She stated the 1,000 baht donation transfer was not a sting operation.
On 1 Nov 2026 GMT+7, developments arose regarding Ms. Boonyanuch Saengsri, known as “Oysri,” owner of the popular Facebook page “Oysri and Friends,” who called for an investigation into the management of donation funds by the Thamdee Foundation, chaired by Dr. Panadda Wongpudi, aka "Boom."
Recently, Oysri disclosed after giving testimony to police concerning her 1,000 baht donation in December 2025 that her complaint aims to investigate the Thamdee Foundation and all related parties based on evidence. The focus is not solely on Boom, especially since Boom explained that the account receiving the funds was not the foundation’s direct account but was approved by the board. Oysri believes all board members involved in approving this should share responsibility and be investigated.
She also questioned the procedure for disbursing amounts over 500,000 baht, which should be approved by the board. She asked why, if Boom and her husband claim ignorance of the transfer, funds appeared in the husband’s account. Therefore, no one should bear sole responsibility; a thorough investigation is needed covering the sender, receiver, and actual use of the money. Regarding Mr. Athip or “God,” Boom’s husband, Oysri is not concerned with family matters but will focus strictly on the financial trail and land-related issues.
Additionally, Oysri questioned Boom’s claim of not knowing who the foundation’s contractor was. She argued that as foundation chairperson holding public donations, Boom should know all details of hiring, contracts, site use, and budget approvals. She called for disclosure of the contractor’s identity and who approved the project.
Regarding accusations that the 1,000 baht donation in December 2025 was a planned "sting operation," Oysri firmly denied this. She admired Boom’s social work, noting even during pregnancy Boom helped villagers. She donated sincerely but uncovered irregularities in the donation account name, prompting her to reveal this information to demand transparency. She rejected claims of "taking political assignments" to attack and challenged anyone with evidence of such to file a complaint immediately.
Addressing rumors linking her to political groups, Oysri clarified she has no political activities. Although her office is located on land owned by a former member of parliament, their relationship is purely landlord-tenant. She acknowledged knowing and having good feelings toward the ex-MP but affirmed he is not involved in the donations or the current investigation.
Mr. Phuwakorn Srinean, a representative from the HETA coalition for organizational ethics, foundations, and media, added that by law all organizations and foundations must submit annual financial statements to the Revenue Department and administrative registrar every year. Though authorities may allow leniency for the first 1–3 years due to operational burdens, by the fourth year failure to submit must prompt official reminders. Their review found Thamdee Foundation has not submitted financial reports for 2024–2025. He urged responsible agencies to oversee and transparently investigate this matter thoroughly.
