Bum Panadda Explains Transferring 900,000 Baht for Personal House Construction, Unaware of Pool Villa Issue, Plans to File Complaint Against Got

Bum Panadda clarified that she transferred 900,000 baht to build her private residence and was unaware of the pool villa issue. She also explained why she has not yet filed a complaint against Got Athip, emphasizing that legal action will definitely proceed once evidence is collected.

Regarding the controversy over donations to the Good Deeds Foundation, established by actress, host, and beauty queen Bum Panadda Wongpudi, funds were transferred from both the foundation's and her personal accounts to a contractor. The contractor claimed that Got Athip Anantawan, Bum Panadda's husband, instructed him to further transfer several million baht to Got's personal account, sparking widespread social media criticism. Subsequently, Got Athip admitted to deceiving Bum Panadda into transferring money for the foundation's construction at Khlong 8, as previously reported.

Most recently, on 2 Nov 2023 GMT+7, Bum Panadda revealed on the show "Hon Krasae" that she was unaware of any pool villa construction in Phuket. She only knew about building a private residence there and confirmed she transferred 900,000 baht for that purpose.

When asked why she has not filed a complaint against Got Athip, Bum Panadda stated it was not because she refused to but because her lawyer is currently gathering documents and evidence.

Asked if she would file a complaint today since the other party admitted to lying, Bum Panadda reiterated that she will definitely take action and asked everyone to remain calm. She expressed her willingness to cooperate with the police process and assured she will not evade responsibility. The reason for not filing yet is that she wants to consult with her lawyer first, admitting that she had trusted her husband deeply until now.
