At 9:00 a.m. on 3 Nov 2026 at the complaint center of the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB), Bum Panadda Wongpudi, former chairperson of the Orgorn Tum Dee Foundation, arrived with her lawyer, Eaksit Srisang, to meet investigators at the Economic Crime Suppression Division. Many journalists were waiting to cover the event.
Upon arrival, Bum and her legal team entered the building without giving any interviews. When reporters asked if she was ready, she replied, "I want to meet the officials first, then I will inform everyone." Police then escorted her inside to meet with the Economic Crime Suppression Division investigators. Lawyer Eaksit said they came to file a complaint before proceeding upstairs.
Outside the complaint center at the Central Investigation Bureau, reporters asked about her concerns and mental state. With a serious expression and teary eyes, Bum said she was not worried but felt more stressed. Regarding whether she had prepared evidence to submit to investigators, she said all documents and evidence were already with her lawyer.
When asked if she was fully prepared today, Bum nodded before entering the building to proceed with the legal process.
Meanwhile, it was reported that Ms. Boonyanuch Saengsri, known as "Oysri," owner of the Facebook page “Oysri and Friends” and managing director of Oysri and Friends Legal Consulting Co., Ltd., along with lawyer Thanakan Noipitak, known as "Lawyer Win," were scheduled to come to the Central Investigation Bureau to provide additional statements in this case.
