Oysri Takes New Victim to Meet Investigators, Advises Boom to Prove Innocence

Oysri took a new victim to meet investigators at the Economic Crime Division but declined to disclose the donation amount. She warned the media to stop digging as it causes victims anxiety, affirmed her continued respect for Boom Panadda, and advised that the first step should be to enter the justice system to prove her innocence.

On 3 Nov 2026 at 11:50 AM, Ms. Boonyanuch Saengsri, known as "Oysri," owner of the Facebook fan page "Oysri and Friends," along with lawyer Win, went to meet investigators at the Crime Suppression Division to provide additional evidence for the investigation into suspicions about the management of donation funds at the Tham Dee Foundation, chaired by Ms. Panadda Wongpudi, or "Boom Panadda."

Oysri revealed that on this visit, she brought a new victim to meet investigators to provide information and submit additional evidence. The victim had transferred money in July 2025 but has not disclosed the amount.

Some victims have become fearful and concerned for their safety after certain media outlets tried to investigate their workplaces, which are only rented locations. She urged the media to be cautious in reporting information that might infringe on privacy and cause distress among victims.

Regarding Boom Panadda’s interview after filing a complaint to prosecute her husband, Got Athip, Oysri said she followed the statement and believes it indicates that Boom is aware that some foundation funds were withdrawn. Previously, Boom had consistently affirmed that all donated money remained intact and was meant to help the public.

Therefore, Boom’s admission that funds left the foundation is a significant issue. Whether the actions constitute criminal or civil offenses must be determined through the justice process based on evidence.

When asked if Boom’s complaint against her husband today was an attempt to limit responsibility, Oysri said opinions vary. Boom had been silent for days, rumors circulated that she met her husband, and she gave a TV interview yesterday before filing the complaint today. This sequence has caused doubts not only among the media but also the general public.

However, Oysri believes the best first step for Boom is to enter the justice system to fight and prove her innocence. Whether she is ultimately innocent must await official investigation results and judicial decisions, not just one party's statement.

Regarding Got, Boom’s husband, claiming sole responsibility and asserting Boom’s non-involvement, Oysri personally doubts one person could bear all responsibility. Whether there was prior agreement or discussion she cannot say, as she is not fully aware of the facts.

She noted that managing a foundation, especially disbursing funds for construction projects, should involve clear procedures and audit systems, including contracts, disbursement documents, and receipts. It is therefore suspicious why such important documents are missing, leaving her with lingering doubts.

When asked if she intended to meet Boom today, Oysri confirmed she did not. Her visit was solely to accompany the new victim and submit evidence to investigators. However, if they meet, she would greet Boom politely, as she still respects her and continues to address her as "Pee" (older sister) since the matter remains under investigation.
