The board members of the Doing Good Foundation tearfully insist they had no knowledge of the donation funds. They lament being deceived by Boom. They emphasize that from now on they will only provide information to the police.
Most recently, on 5 Nov 2026, the vice-chairman and board members of the Doing Good Foundation publicly disclosed information about the foundation’s funds for the first time. They claimed they had no role, responsibility, or knowledge of the fund management within the foundation, as the board had authorized only Boom Panadda to disburse the foundation's money.
Ms. Pornpan Poomrin, known as "Patty," vice-chair of the Doing Good Foundation’s board, briefly stated, "I must hurry to file a report at the Crime Suppression Division. I feel sorry about what happened and confirm that I have never known anything about the foundation’s fund management nor been involved in any way."
When asked about the foundation’s funds and the facts of the matter, Ms. Pornpan did not provide details, saying only, "I want to give all information and clarify the facts to the police only," before quickly getting into a car.
Meanwhile, Ms. Sirikwan Nilkorn, known as "Lawyer Ple," who serves as the foundation’s legal committee member and secretary, broke down in tears and tried to avoid reporters, responding through tears, "I don’t know anything. Boom deceived us."
When pressed if, as the foundation’s secretary, she had never known about the funds or their management, "Lawyer Ple" replied, "I was deceived by Boom," before quickly getting into a van.
