Regarding rumors about an impending arrest warrant being issued, "Boom Panadda Wongpudi" in the case involving the funds of the Good Deeds Foundation, as previously reported,
most recently (5 November 2026), Lawyer Phet Eksit Srisang disclosed this on the Open Mouth program, stating that he and Boom Panadda are currently waiting at home and are willing to enter the justice process. As for Got Atip, there has been no contact and he is uncertain of his whereabouts.
When asked if the case is causing stress, Lawyer Phet said that as a lawyer, if the case is handled according to facts, there is no stress. If the client is guilty, she must accept responsibility through the process. He told Boom that if she is arrested today, she should explain everything truthfully.
When asked about the financial trail, Lawyer Phet said that there is no way for a lawyer to have such detailed information. He does not know whom to believe but believes that in cases like this, financial trails and evidence exist, which no one can lie about. Therefore, they must be accepted according to the evidence.
"I have never told Boom that I am a great lawyer or that I can guarantee a win. I only said I would advise her on the best options and solutions. If she is truly guilty, I will try to mitigate the consequences. For charges she is not guilty of, I will help correct and defend her."
However, at 15:47, Lawyer Phet reported that he has not yet received any notification of an arrest warrant and is still waiting.
