Authorities are closely monitoring and ready to arrest “Boom Panadda and Got” tomorrow morning (6 Nov) because today's operation passed authorized hours and was hindered by nighttime restrictions. Investigation and arrest teams are shadowing the targets and prepared to act immediately if any attempt to flee occurs.
On 5 Nov 2026, reporters reported that the Economic Crime Suppression Division confirmed the Criminal Court approved arrest warrants for “Boom Panadda Wongpudi,” chairperson of the Good Deeds Foundation, on three charges: public fraud, money laundering, and violation of the Computer Crime Act. Her husband, “Got” Athip Anantawan, faces charges of joint money laundering.
At 6:00 p.m., Pol. Maj. Gen. Tatsapoom Jaruprat, commander of the Economic Crime Suppression Division, revealed that investigators have obtained arrest warrants for Boom Panadda and her husband. When requesting the warrants, they also obtained search warrants for suspected locations related to the offenses or evidence concealment. They planned to conduct searches today but the investigation and evidence presentation to the court extended into the evening, beyond the allowed search hours, so the search was postponed.
Regarding the arrest warrants for both suspects, investigators have assigned the warrants to arrest teams, and the warrants are in effect. However, until now, the Economic Crime Suppression Division has not located the two suspects, even though one suspect gave an interview to the media outside their housing estate. Moreover, as it is currently nighttime, investigation and arrest teams are stationed at suspected residences of the suspects in the area. If there is any sign of flight or movement outside the residences, they are ready to arrest immediately according to the warrants.
It is expected that the execution of the search and arrest warrants will begin after 6:00 a.m., or after sunrise tomorrow morning.
