"Bum Panadda and Lawyer" They confirmed they are ready anytime and will wait for police at home after the court approved the arrest warrants.
At 18:00 on 5 November 2026, Police Major General Thatsapoom Jarupatr, Commander of the Economic Crime Suppression Division, revealed that investigators have received the arrest warrants for Bum Panadda and her husband. When applying for the warrants, authorities also requested search warrants for target locations suspected of offenses or evidence concealment. They planned to conduct searches that day, but because investigators took time compiling evidence and presenting it to the court until late afternoon—past the authorized search time—the search operation was postponed.
Regarding the arrest warrants for both suspects, investigators have assigned them to the arrest team, and the warrants are now in effect. However, up to this point, the Economic Crime Suppression Division has not located either suspect, even though one of them gave an interview to the media in front of the housing estate.
Since it is nighttime, investigative and arrest teams are stationed at suspected residences in the area. If the suspects attempt to flee or leave their homes, authorities are prepared to arrest them immediately under the warrants. The operation is expected to begin after 06:00, or after sunrise, the next morning.
Most recently, at 18:30, "Bum" Panadda Wongpudi and lawyer Phet came out to speak to reporters in front of their housing estate in Ram Inthra. She said, "I see reporters have been waiting a long time, so I feel sorry. The lawyer expects the police not to come now, so everyone can go home to their families. We want to thank everyone for waiting to cover the story. We are ready anytime. If the police come in the morning, we will wait at home."
