Mam Wichuda Files Complaint Against Thamdee Foundation, Awaits Truth from Boom

Mam Wichuda has filed a complaint against the Thamdee Foundation after donating 50,000 baht for flood relief, stating she will wait as long as necessary to hear the truth directly from Boom. She admits she would be very disappointed if it is found that the donated money was used improperly.

At 19:00 on 5 Nov 2026 GMT+7, Mam Wichuda Pindum, an actress, went to file a complaint against the Thamdee Foundation led by Boom Panadda Wongphudee as a victim who had previously transferred money for donation. She stated that she had transferred 50,000 baht to assist flood victims around 17 Sep 2024 GMT+7. She contacted Boom personally to inquire about the transfer method and received a bank account number under the name Thamdee Foundation, into which she transferred the money. Later, when she requested a receipt or documentation for tax deduction purposes, Boom replied that it could not be issued because the foundation had not yet been established for the required two years. At that time, she did not suspect anything and trusted Boom, not knowing that the account she transferred to was Boom's personal account.

Regarding her current feelings, she honestly admits to still feeling confused and unable to clearly decide or summarize her emotions about the incident because new information has been continuously and rapidly revealed over recent days. She insists she is one of the victims wanting to know the full financial trail of all donated money—where it went and whether it was used according to its intended purpose to help the public.

However, she continues to wait for an explanation from Boom alone and is willing to patiently wait no matter how long it takes. Ultimately, if the money she transferred was not actually used to assist flood victims, she would feel sad but not regretful about the money since she considers it a charitable deed.

Meanwhile, lawyer Kung commented on the legal issues and financial audit, noting that the foundation's bank account is specifically a foundation account. Therefore, every baht donated by the public should be used according to the designated purpose, and it is necessary to thoroughly examine the financial trail.

Regarding Boom's public apology and sole acceptance of responsibility, lawyer Kung said legally, admitting fault alone does not exempt the remaining board members or others involved from liability. In court proceedings, evidence including witness testimony, physical evidence, and forensic evidence must be considered. If board members or responsible persons neglect their duties in overseeing funds and budget approvals, they will also face legal scrutiny. Simply admitting guilt publicly cannot override evidence in court. Today, Boom’s statement is viewed as a reaction to overwhelming evidence and an attempt to appear as the sole responsible party.
