Bum Panadda has been taken into custody by officers at the Crime Suppression Division. She greeted the media with a wai, briefly apologized to everyone, and expressed her willingness to enter the legal process.
At 06:26 on 6 Nov 2026, Police Lieutenant General Natthasak Chaowanasai, Commander of the Crime Suppression Division, and Police Major General Tatsapoom Jaruprat, Commander of the Economic Crime Suppression Division, ordered Police Colonel Chamnan Chanthet, Head of Division 4, to lead officers to arrest Ms. Panadda Wongpudi, also known as Bum, Chairperson of the Good Deeds Organization Foundation, under an arrest warrant from the Criminal Court on charges of fraud, money laundering, and computer-related offenses at her residence on Nawamin Road, Khlong Kum subdistrict, Bueng Kum district, Bangkok.
At that time, Bum Panadda was wearing a black suit and accompanied by her personal lawyer, Phet. She was walking out in front of her housing estate to speak to reporters when a police CIB van arrived, showing her arrest warrant immediately. She was taken inside her home for a search before giving any interviews.
Additionally, some officers searched a telescope observatory or 'house of stars' belonging to Got Athip, her husband, located in Village 7, Bueng Kasam subdistrict, Nong Suea district, Pathum Thani province; the Good Deeds Organization Foundation site with a shrine under construction in Khlong 8, Village 4, Lam Phak Kut subdistrict, Thanyaburi district, Pathum Thani; and another location in Bang Khen area, to gather related evidence.
Later, at approximately 10:36, the police CIB convoy that had searched Bum Panadda's home departed after over three and a half hours. They then took Bum Panadda from her house to the Crime Suppression Division, a journey expected to take about 45 minutes.
At 11:10, the police CIB convoy arrived at the Crime Suppression Division. Upon stepping down from the vehicle, Bum Panadda greeted the media with a wai. Reporters noted that she appeared visibly tired and sorrowful.
As she walked inside for questioning, Panadda briefly told the media, "I am willing to undergo the legal process."
However, when reporters asked about the events leading to the current situation, she declined to answer, repeatedly apologizing to everyone while offering a wai along the way, saying, "I apologize to everyone, truly sorry," before entering the interrogation room with her lawyer.
Regarding the case's progress, authorities are currently questioning the suspect according to legal procedures. There will be no press conference today. An official briefing is expected in the morning of 7 Nov before she is taken to court to request custody as part of the judicial process.
